Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the rules for using CloakingTool, our cloaked traffic platform and related services.
By creating an account or using CloakingTool (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not register, access or use the Service.
1. What CloakingTool Is
CloakingTool is a cloud-hosted platform that sits in front of your funnels and helps you control how incoming traffic is routed. Using cloaking rules, you can send certain visitors to one version of your funnel and others to neutral or alternative pages.
The Service does not provide ad accounts, creatives, offers or legal advice. You remain fully responsible for your marketing strategy, funnels and compliance.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country.
- You agree to provide accurate contact details and keep your account information updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions performed under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
CloakingTool is built for professional media buyers and affiliates. You agree not to use the Service in any way that conflicts with applicable laws, regulations or the policies of your traffic sources (such as ad networks, affiliate programs or partners).
You specifically agree not to:
- Use CloakingTool to spread malware, phishing content or other harmful software.
- Run clearly illegal content in the GEOs where you target users.
- Scan, attack, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the platform.
- Resell or transfer access to CloakingTool without our prior written consent.
4. Cloaked Traffic Risks
Cloaking is a sensitive area. Platforms and ad networks may change enforcement, policies and detection signals at any moment. Using any cloaking solution, including CloakingTool, may affect your ad accounts or campaigns.
CloakingTool provides tools and logs to help you design safer flows, but we cannot guarantee that your accounts will never be reviewed, limited or banned. The level of risk depends on your own funnels, GEOs, content and how aggressively you cloak.
5. Plans, Payments & Refunds
- Plans are billed in USD using the payment methods available inside the dashboard.
- Charges may be monthly, yearly or based on usage limits, depending on your plan.
- We may temporarily suspend the Service if payments fail or invoices remain unpaid.
If a technical problem on the CloakingTool side stops you from using the platform normally, please contact support with details. We will review your case and may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion, following our internal refund guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
The CloakingTool name, logo, dashboard, codebase, documentation and any related materials are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your own funnels, pages, offers, brands and content. You grant us a limited license to process that content only so we can deliver the Service to you.
7. Privacy & Data
We handle personal data, logs and other information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept how we process data as described there.
8. Service Changes & Availability
We may evolve CloakingTool over time by adding, adjusting or removing features. While we work to keep the platform stable, we do not promise any specific uptime level unless explicitly agreed in writing.
We may restrict or suspend access if we suspect abuse, security risks, non-payment or other violations of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
CloakingTool is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not give guarantees about specific results, approval rates, campaign performance or revenue. Many factors that affect your campaigns are outside our control.
As far as the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloakingTool and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for:
- Lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of business opportunities.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Any impact on your ad accounts, campaigns or relationships with third-party platforms.
If liability cannot be fully excluded, our total responsibility in any 3-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during that same period.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top indicates the latest version. For significant changes, we may also show a notice in the dashboard or contact you by email.
If you continue to use CloakingTool after new Terms become effective, it means you accept the updated version.
12. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms or about using CloakingTool, please reach out to us using the contact options in your dashboard or on the main website.
